There are two meeting rooms on the second floor. The Maker Space is a flexible, classroom style space that can hold up to 30 people. The Conference Room is a smaller room that can seat up to 15. There is also a small study on the main floor available for groups of four or less. If a group wants to use the library for a meeting outside regular library hours, there is a two-hour limit for the meeting, and no meeting will last later than 9 p.m. Evening meetings can only be scheduled Monday through Thursday at the discretion of the Library Director and an hourly charge of $25 per hour will be assessed. A copy of our full meeting room policy will be given to and signed by the adult responsible for all reservations.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and it is recommended that they are made at least 7 days prior to the date needed. Library programming will be given priority. If the reservation needs to be canceled, this should be done at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Reservations may not be made for a meeting more than 3 months in advance.
